What is All on 6 Dental Implants?
All-on-6 is an advanced dental implant technique used in restorative dentistry to replace a full arch of missing or severely damaged teeth. This procedure uses six strategically placed dental implants to support a fixed full-arch prosthesis, providing a stable, long-lasting foundation for artificial teeth.
Unlike traditional implant methods that may require 8-10 implants, the All-on-6 approach supports an entire set of teeth using just six implants, offering a less invasive and more cost-effective solution.
The process begins with placing the implants in the jawbone under local anesthesia. A temporary prosthesis is then attached to help with healing and allow for proper osseointegration (fusion of implant with the bone). After this healing period, a custom final bridge or denture is fixed permanently to the implants, offering natural appearance, full functionality, and restored confidence in speaking, chewing and smiling.

Consultation & Assessment
Digital scans and 3D imaging are used to assess bone density, gum health and structure to plan implant placement precisely.
Implant Placement Surgery
Under local anesthesia or sedation, six dental implants are surgically placed into the jawbone at strategic angles for maximum support.
Temporary Prosthesis
A temporary full-arch denture is attached the same day or shortly after, allowing function and aesthetics during healing.
Healing & Osseointegration
Over the next 3-6 months, the implants fuse with the jawbone, creating a strong foundation (osseointegration).
Final Prosthesis Placement
Once healing is complete, a custom permanent bridge is fabricated and fixed onto the implants, restoring full function and a natural smile.

Dr. Janani is one of the excellent dentists I have seen. She is treating my son with invisilign braces and I too come here for all my dental related issues. She has enormous patience and answers all the queries of the patients with a beautiful smile always on her face. I really appreciate her treatment methods though I don't have any medical knowledge to comment on the same but I don't visit her for the same problem. It is solved in one go.

I had a missing tooth and wanted to get it replaced at the earliest. Went through sculpt dental hospital positive google reviews and visited to know options for replacing it. Doctor sanjay is very knowledgeable and experienced, he explained all the possibilities so well. I chose the dental implant option. And i love how it came out!
